Aya Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Urologist for a locum tenens assignment at Rochester Regional Health's Canton-Potsdam Hospital in Potsdam, NY. Full-time coverage is preferred, but two providers covering a minimum of 2 weeks per month each will be considered.
• Level III trauma center with an outpatient urology clinic (4 exam rooms)
• Approximately 20 patients per provider per day
• Mix of clinic, procedures, inpatient consults and post-op rounding; OR block 7:30A-3:00P with no case limit
• Adult patients only; limited robotic availability
• Staff includes 2 LPNs, 2 CNA/CMAs and a patient representative; Epic EMR

Job Responsibilities
• Perform urologic procedures and surgical cases in the OR
• Complete inpatient consults and post-op rounding as needed
• Take optional 24-hour call (7A-7A) depending on availability
Qualifications
• Active NY license in hand
• Epic experience required
• BLS required
• Clean work history with no gaps of 30+ days
