- Scope of Work: Physician-Urology, Locum Call is For: Both, Call Type: Beeper, Call Response Time Required:30 minutes, Call Ratio: open dates, Call Back %: varies, Average Call Numbers per 24 Hours: Phone Consults: varies, Patients Seen: varies, Admissions: TBD.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN License, BE/BC, BLS.
- EMR: Cerner.
- This provider will need to come in and round on inpatients during the day and will be responsible for all ED and inpatient consults and on call surgeries. They can work a 7-day stretch.
- Providers require hospital/surgery center privileges.
