Clinical Role RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified Urologist for locums coverage in Fort Myers, Florida. This is an inpatient opportunity with a 7-on / 7-off schedule and 24-hour coverage responsibilities. Urologic surgical capability is required.

Assignment Details

• Coverage: January 1, 2027 – June 30, 2027

• Inpatient setting

• 7 days on / 7 days off

• Onsite daytime coverage: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 24-hour coverage during each 7-day block

• Hospital-based position

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient Urology coverage

• Evaluate and manage hospitalized Urology patients

• Respond to urgent and emergent Urologic needs

• Perform Urologic surgical procedures

• Collaborate with hospital staff and other clinical teams

• Complete timely clinical documentation

• Provide continuous coverage throughout assigned 7-day blocks

Requirements

• Board Certified in Urology required

• Active Florida medical license required

• Must be comfortable with Urologic surgical procedures

• Must be available for 24-hour coverage during assigned 7-on blocks
