Position Overview:
- Specialty: Urology
- Location: Pennsylvania — covering two hospitals in the Good Samaritan and Ephrata areas
- Start Date: January 11, 2027
- Coverage Type: 24-hour call
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Population: Adults, 18+
- Hospital Size: Approximately 150 beds
Coverage Schedule:
- January 11 (7 AM) – January 18 (7 AM), 2027
- February 8 (7 AM) – February 15 (7 AM), 2027
- March 8 (7 AM) – March 15 (7 AM), 2027
- April 12 (7 AM) – April 19 (7 AM), 2027
Call Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour urology call coverage.
- Average callback volume:
- Monday–Friday: 8–10 hours
- Saturday–Sunday: Approximately 4 hours per day
- Coverage includes two hospitals; lodging may be available in either town.
Requirements:
- MD/DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
- Active Pennsylvania medical license required; candidates willing to obtain a license may be considered
- DEA registration required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Temporary privileges may be available.
