JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active PA License or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• Board: BC/BE in Urology
  
• DEA: Required
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Urology
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive urology care including office consultations, cystoscopy, stent procedures, and surgical interventions.
  
• Perform a variety of urological procedures such as vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, penile plication, and orchiopexy.
  
• Supervise and train new Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as needed.
  
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage, managing emergency cases including testicular torsion.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC electronic medical record system.
