Urology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20
This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 2 week on/2 week
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- Types of Cases: General Urology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena & Meditech
- Certifications required: Must be American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery – Urological Surgery certified, must have Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- License required: Active Michigan license
