Schedule & Rotation
- Shift Pattern: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation (Dates are flexible)
- Weekly Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Daily Breakdown: Typically 4 clinic days and 1 operative (OR) day per week
- Call Requirement: None (Strictly clinic and scheduled OR cases)
Facility Setup & Equipment
- Dedicated, fully prepared outpatient clinic space
- Robotics: Da Vinci Xi Surgical System on-site in the OR
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensure & Registrations:
- Active Michigan (MI) Medical License or IMLC Compact License
- Active Michigan Controlled Substance License (CDS)
- Active Michigan DEA Registration
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified (BC) preferred, or Board Eligible (BE) via the American Board of Urology (ABU) or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS)
- Education & Training: Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship (or equivalent foreign training) in Urology
- Life Support Certification: ACLS
- Case Log / Procedural Volume:
- Minimum of 50 urological procedures within the past 12 months reflective of the requested privilege scope, OR
- Successful completion of an accredited residency/fellowship within the past 12 months
