- Shift Details: 24 hour call
Work Details:
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month:
- Average callback: 8-10 hours M-F, 4 hours per day Sat/Sun
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
- Department Description: covering for 2 hospitals (can stay in hotel in either town)
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital Bed size: 150 beds
Practice Setting:
- Hospital
Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology
- License Required: PA
- DEA: yes
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps with clean file
Schedule Details
- January 11th (7am) – January 18th (7am)
- February 8th (7am) – February 15th (7am)
- March 8th (7am) – March 15th (7am)
- April 12th (7am) – April 19th (7am)
