Schedule:
- Call only (beeper call)
- Nov. 25, 7:00a - Nov. 27, 7:00a (48 hours)
- Dec. 23, 7:00a - Dec. 26, 7:00a (72 hours)
- Must cover entire blocks; no split coverage
Practice Setting: Urology call coverage
Patient Volume:
- Approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
- 1-3 phone consults per 24 hours
- 1-3 patients seen per 24 hours
- 1-3 admissions per 24 hours
Procedures:
- General adult urology
- Advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures
- Stone management (PCNL, ureteroscopy, ESWL)
- Major oncologic urology
- Robotic surgery
- Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy
- TRUS biopsies
- Incontinence and fertility procedures
- Additional broad-spectrum urology experience preferred
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certified Urologist
- Active Maryland license required
- BLS required
- 30-minute response time
- Call ratio: 1:4
Credentialing: Expedited credentialing with temporary privileges available; facility will wait for Maryland licensure completion.
