Job description
Seeking a Urologist to join an established hospital-based group in Rapid City, SD. This full-time role offers a flexible block schedule, no clinic requirements and the resources of a regional tertiary-care Level II trauma center.
Position Highlights
- 182 shifts annually, with seven-on/seven-off or two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off scheduling options.
- 24-hour call coverage during assigned blocks.
- Daily rounds are required, with no fixed number of hours onsite.
- No clinic duties.
- Practice in a 417-bed regional referral hospital serving a five-state area.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed $700K base salary with productivity incentives from day one.
- Starting and retention bonuses up to $240K.
- Relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice and a full benefits package.
