An outstanding locum tenens opportunity is available for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a well-established and highly supported urology practice in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This ongoing assignment offers an excellent blend of clinic, OR, and inpatient consults with no nighttime or weekend call requirements, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance.

Position Highlights
✅ Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
✅ No night call
✅ No weekend call
✅ Ongoing locums assignment with future coverage needs
✅ Mix of clinic, procedures, hospital consults, rounding, and OR cases
✅ Dedicated support staff and established patient base
✅ EPIC EMR
✅ Temp privileges available for qualified candidates
✅ Will consider new graduates
Practice Setting
This newly renovated urology practice features:
- 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
- Long-tenured, experienced staff
- 3 Medical Assistants
- 1 LPN
- Surgical Scheduler
- 3 Front Office Professionals
- Practice Manager
Clinical Responsibilities
- General Urology
- Outpatient clinic visits
- Hospital rounding and consults
- Operating room procedures
- Ureteroscopies and related urologic procedures
- Average patient volume: 14+ patients per day
- Adult patient population only
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch
- Ongoing coverage needs throughout 2027
- Daytime hospital coverage integrated into regular workday when applicable
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
- DEA Required
- EPIC clinic experience preferred
- New graduates welcome
- General Urology skillset required
