Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Coverage Need: 1–2 weeks per month
Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
EMR: Epic
Schedule & Coverage Requirements
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM – Clinic and/or procedures
- Weekday Call: 5:00 PM–8:00 AM
- Weekends: Call and callback coverage
- Call Type: Beeper call
- Required Response Time: 15 minutes
- Coverage includes scheduled clinical hours plus call.
- Temporary privileges are available.
- Level II trauma facility
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient and outpatient urology services.
- Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric urology patients.
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries within the provider’s scope of practice.
- Manage assigned inpatient rounding responsibilities.
- Respond to beeper calls and provide callback services as needed.
- Provide comprehensive care for general urology conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO with a specialty in Urology.
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
- Active North Dakota medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
- Ability to provide both inpatient and outpatient coverage.
- Epic EMR experience preferred.
