- Starts upon credentialing 30-60 days
- One week per month — Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm, no call
- 20 – 25 patients per day
- 4 days clinic, 1 day OR per week
- Majority adult patients with some pediatric cases
- MN license or IMLC in hand
- Start upon credentialing, long-term need
