Assignment Details
Dates: January 1, 2027–ongoing
Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off; 24-hour coverage, 7 a.m.–7 a.m.
Call: Beeper; 20-minute response time
Coverage type: Hospital call coverage; additional clinical duties to be confirmed
Volume: Approximately 10 patients per shift; 5 phone consults listed
Setting: Trauma center hospital
Duties: Assigned/unassigned patient rounding and admissions
Support: 1 RN, 1 MA, and 2 office staff
EMR: Athena / Cerner
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Clinical Details
Required: Adult and pediatric general urology, including advanced pediatric surgery
Advanced endoscopy, laparoscopy, PCNL, ureteroscopy, and ESWL
Radical cystectomy with ileal conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and prostatectomy
Partial nephrectomy with intraoperative ultrasound, pelvic node dissection, and adrenalectomy
Renal/bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, fertility evaluation, and incontinence procedures
Preferred: Robotic surgery and neonatal urology
Penile prosthesis and renal transplant surgery not required
No APP or resident supervision required
Requirements
BC/BE Urology
Active Indiana license or IMLC
ATLS and BLS
Active DEA
Ability to meet a 20-minute call response time
