Assignment Details
Start: As soon as credentialed
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Flexible call blocks based on provider availability
Coverage type: Inpatient beeper call for unassigned patients
Call response time: 20 minutes
Volume: Approximately 20 phone consults and 10 patients seen per coverage period
Setting: Inpatient, Level II trauma center
Support: Three RNs, seven APPs, 15 MAs, and four office staff
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
Stone cases and ureteral stent procedures required
General adult and pediatric Urology preferred
Ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy preferred
Endoscopic, laparoscopic, open, and robotic procedures preferred
Additional Urology cases welcomed based on provider experience
No APP or resident supervision required
Requirements
Board certification in Urology required
WI license or IMLC
PALS required
Active DEA
