da Vinci Xi | 1:3 Call | H-1B & J-1 Sponsorship Available
An established and expanding multi-specialty practice in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist with robotic surgery training to join its growing team. This opportunity offers significant autonomy, advanced surgical technology, strong specialty support, and the ability to help expand Urology and Oncology services throughout the region. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Position Highlights
* Join an experienced General Urologist in an established practice
* Full-time or part-time options available
* 1:3 call schedule
* Additional call stipends available for coverage above the standard requirement
* da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system
* Opportunity to help grow Urology and Oncology services
* Robotics training strongly preferred
* Fellowship training or expertise in Pediatric Urology or Male Infertility would be a valuable addition to the community but is not required
* Quick access to supporting specialists and emergency care

Hospital & Surgical Resources
* Acute care hospital with a full complement of referring specialties
* 36 inpatient beds
* 10-bed open ICU
* 2 cardiac catheterization labs
* 8-bed pre- and post-procedure care unit
* 5 hospital operating rooms
* Additional surgery center with 4 operating rooms
* 5 dedicated observation beds
* 8-bed Emergency Department with experienced clinical staff
* Advanced robotic surgery capabilities with the da Vinci Xi platform

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
* Robotic surgery training preferred
* Current or eligible Montana medical license
* Pediatric Urology or Male Infertility expertise welcomed but not required
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
* Comfortable practicing with autonomy in a collaborative multi-specialty environment
