Located in West Valley City, UT; Salt Lake City 10m

Full-time; Permanent position
Partnership/shareholder track available after two years
Overview
The Physician is responsible for Urology-specific patient care; including but not limited to:
- Evaluation and management
- Medication management
- Procedures and implementing a treatment plan in conjunction with patient needs
Physician will manage patient charts within the current EMR; eClinicalWorks
Physician will be involved in call coverage as shared with the group
