- 24-hour hospital/surgery coverage
- PRN need: approximately once every 12-14 weeks
- Callback per day: 10-12 hours
- Current Dates:
- December 21(7am)-28(7am)
- January 11(7am)-18(7am)
- Setting: Hospital-based urology; hospital bed size 76
- Patient population: All urologic patients across all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics)
- Support staff: None (no APP support)
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: BC/BE in Urology, Active PA license or IMLC LOQ, DEA
- Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days; temporary privileges available for clean files
