Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) with no nighttime or weekend callCoverage needed for 6 weeks each month
Mix of hospital rounds, operating room, and clinic work
Minimum of 14 patients per day; new patient visits up to 30 minutes, 15-minute post-op appointments
Adult patient population only; no pediatrics
Urology office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
Support staff includes 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, and a practice manager
Occasional daytime hospital call for consults and rounding while in clinic
Special procedures include ureteroscopies; general urology skills required
EMR: EPIC (clinic setting experience required)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand required
DEA required
Minimum 3 years of experience required; new graduates will also be considered
