Quick Facts
- Location: Pueblo, CO (400 West 16th Street)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: Permanent, full-time position
- Shift: Standard outpatient clinic and OR hours (weekdays, with 1:4 to 1:6 call rotation)
- Hours/Week: 40+ hours
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Licenses/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, DEA, ACLS, BLS, Board Certification or Eligibility Required
- Experience: General urology practice, surgical and outpatient care
- Salary: $550,000 – $610,000 annually, based on experience
- Bonus: High-productivity bonus paid upon exceeding base guarantee
- Additional Compensation: Call rotation (max 6 days/month, 24-hour shifts), potential relocation assistance, loan repayment options
- Malpractice Insurance: Paid, including tail coverage

- Provide comprehensive urological care for adult patients in outpatient clinics and hospital settings
- Perform diagnosis and surgical treatment of urologic conditions, including robotic procedures using DaVinci XI systems
- Collaborate with a team of four established urologists and support staff
- Contribute to hospital call rotation, handling inpatient consults and emergencies
- Document patient care efficiently using Epic EMR system
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and shape the future of urology services at a leading Colorado facility
Required:
- Valid Colorado medical license or ability to support visa candidates
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- ACLS, BLS, DEA registration
- Ability to perform both outpatient and surgical duties
Preferred:
- Strong surgical background, including robotic surgery experience (not mandatory)
- Excellent clinical collaboration and communication skills
