Description:
Seeking an experienced Urologist for ongoing locum call coverage in an inpatient setting. The role focuses on urgent and emergent adult urologic cases, including stone management, cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, stent placement, bleeding, and strictures. Extensive urology equipment and procedural support are available onsite.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage urgent and emergent urologic cases
Perform cystoscopy and ureteroscopy
Perform ureteral stent placement
Manage stones, bleeding, and strictures
Provide urologic care in the ER and inpatient units when needed
Perform robotic urologic procedures as appropriate
Qualifications
Active Florida medical license required at submission
ACLS and BLS required
General Urology experience required
Adult Urology experience required
Ureteroscopy experience required
Robotic surgery experience required
Fellowship preferred
Working Hours
Start: ASAP
Ongoing assignment
Beeper call
30–45 minute call response time required
Coverage includes urgent and emergent cases
