This facility is a well-established hospital serving the Plant City community and surrounding region, offering a full range of surgical and emergency services. The facility is equipped with comprehensive urology resources, including advanced OR technology, laser services, intraoperative radiology support, and a dedicated mobile urology cart for flexible patient care across departments.Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - UrologyJob Details:
- Provide call coverage for urgent and emergent urology cases including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy for stones, stent placement, bleeds, and strictures
- Utilize available equipment including disposable and flexible cystoscopes and ureteroscopes, rigid telescopes, stents, baskets, dilators, catheters, and associated instrumentation
- Access to laser services, intraoperative C-Arm radiology support, lithoclast, TUR/TURB instrumentation, and video boom systems in all ORs
- Mobile Urology Cart available for care provided in the ER or inpatient units not requiring surgical intervention
- Perform general adult urology procedures
- Perform ureteroscopy procedures
- Perform robotic surgery procedures
- Active Florida medical license required upon submission
- Board certification required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Credentialing and privileging required prior to start, with an estimated timeframe of 30-45 days
- Nearest airports are TPA and PIE
- Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing
