Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
8-Hour Day Shifts
7 Days of 24-Hour Call Per Month
Weekend Call Rotation: Approximately 1:2
Call Type: Restricted / Beeper Call
Return Call Response Time: Approximately 10 Minutes
Provider Must Remain Within Approximately 30 Minutes of the Facility During Call, Possibly Up to 45 Minutes

Diagnose and Treat Erectile Dysfunction
Manage Kidney Stones
Manage Male Incontinence
Perform Yearly Follow-Up Care
Provide Surgical Assistance
Perform Catheter Placement
Perform Stent Placement
Perform Cystoscopy
Perform TURP
Perform Ureteroscopy
Perform Prostate Biopsy
Perform Circumcision
Perform Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
Perform Orchiopexy
Perform TURBT
Perform Hydrocelectomy
Perform Spermatocelectomy
Perform PVP
Perform Litholapaxy
Da Vinci Robotic Experience Highly Preferred but Not Required

Board Certified in Urology - Required
Active Washington Medical License or Active IMLC LOQ - Required
IMLC Candidates Must Have Letter of Qualification in Hand
BLS - Required
ACLS - Required
BLS and ACLS Must Be Through AHA or American Red Cross as Applicable
Minimum 2 Years of Experience - Required
Epic Experience - Required
COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
Recent Clinical Activity Requirements
Case Documentation From the Previous 24 Months Required
Must Provide Documentation of at Least 100 Surgical Procedures Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Privileges Requested
Case List Must Include Diagnosis or Procedure, Date, and Facility Where Performed
