Med Ninjas is seeking a Physician for long term locum tenens coverage at a inpatient facility located in Chambersburg, PA
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from 12/21/2026 to ongoing
This assignment includes Inpatient, onsite hospital coverage, Urology procedures, and on call weekend.
Locum Physician - Urology Chambersburg, PA
Shift:7:00 AM-7:00 AM
Start Date: 12/21/2026
End Date: December 21(7am)-28(7am)
Position Details: 24-hour hospital/surgery coverage from 7:00 AM-7:00 AM. Initial block December 21 at 7:00 AM through December 28 at 7:00 AM.
Patient Population: Pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics; all urologic patients
Setting: Hospital
Responsibilities: Hospital-based urology care and surgery; will see patients in Chambersburg and take phone calls from Gettysburg, Waynesboro and Fulton County Medical Center as needed
Required Procedures: General Urology and hospital/surgical urology coverage
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: None; no APP support
Days Per Month: PRN, approximately once every 12-14 weeks
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
Required Procedures and Skills
- Urology
- Hospital-based urologic care
- Urologic surgery
- 24-hour hospital coverage
- Phone consultation support for affiliated facilities
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ in hand
- DEA required
- Epic experience
- Strong communication skills
