Job Overview
Coverage Type: Call coverage only / 2 hours gratis. Ongoing coverage beginning as soon as possible
• Approximately 5–7 24hr nights of coverage per month
• Primarily weekend coverage, with some variation
• Provider will cover 1–2 hospitals at a time and will know the assigned hospital(s) in advance
• 30-minute response time required for emergency call-backs
• Estimated call volume: 20–30 calls total; not all require on-site presence
Facility Type: Adult community hospitals
Practice Setting: Emergency department call coverage
EMR/Charting Software: Epic
Patient Age Group: Adults
Procedures: General urology procedures and case types
Requirements
Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Urology
State License(s): Missouri and Illinois
Certifications: BLS
Willing To License?: IMLC can be considered but must obtain MO and IL
