MultiCare Capital Medical Center's Capital Urology in the Olympia, WA area needs 2 urologists, ASAP start, ongoing. $265/hour. 10-12 days a month, ideally with both weekday and weekend availability.

Job Responsibilities

3 full clinic days a week (about 1/3 of those are in-office procedure days: cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsy, UDS testing), roughly 2 days a week of scheduled OR block time, plus 24-hour call (7am-7am). You would be the only urology provider on call, with APP backup support. Call varies but most providers take 3-4 days a month. Up to 16 patients per shift. Current clinic team includes 1 MD, 3 PA-Cs, 1 RN, and 8 MA staff. Epic EMR, clinic hours 7:30am-4pm M-F.

Qualifications

Board certified in Urology. Active Washington license or IMLC. ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS required. Fellowship preferred. Credentialing runs 90-120 days, expedited privileges possible for a clean history.

Working Hours

10-12 days/month: 3 clinic days/week, about 2 OR block days/week, plus 24-hour call (7am-7am). Weekday and weekend availability ideal.
