Med Ninjas is seeking a Urology Physician for Permanent coverage at a outpatient facility located in Pueblo, CO
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from Immediate to Ongoing
This assignment includes outpatient clinic/Inpatient, onsite hospital coverage, general urology, robotic technology, and on call weekend.
Permanent Urology Physician
Shift: Day shift – typical clinical/surgical hours, approximately 8:00am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: Ongoing
Position Details: Full-time Urologist joining an established, high-volume Urology team
Patient Population: Adult patients
Setting: Outpatient clinic and hospital/surgical settings
Responsibilities: Provide general urologic care, diagnose and surgically treat urologic conditions, participate in hospital call rotation, collaborate with established Urologists and community partner, and contribute to high-quality patient care
Required Procedures: Urologic surgical procedures; robotic care is available but not required
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Robust clinical support staff; established team of 4 Urologists plus a community partner
Days Per Month: Full-time; 2.5 days in clinic and 1.5 days in OR per week
On-Call/Weekends: Hospital call rotation, maximum of 6 call days per month; 24-hour call shifts; approximately 2–3 consults and 1–2 surgeries per call day
General Urology, Surgical Procedures and Robotic Technology
Requirements
- Board Eligible within 5 years of residency or Board Certified in Urology
- Active CO License or willingness to obtain
- BLS and ACLS
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days
- J1 or H1B candidates are eligible for visa sponsorship
- DEA must be obtained prior to start
