We’re seeking a dedicated Urologist to join a successful, full scope urology practice in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This employed role offers a broad range of urologic services, strong clinical support, a balanced 1:3 call schedule, and the opportunity to help grow a robotic program at a modern medical center. Sault Ste. Marie provides a scenic waterfront lifestyle with historic charm, year round recreation, and easy access to the Upper Peninsula’s most iconic natural attractions.
Highlights
- Full time Urology opportunity for an experienced physician, graduating resident, or fellow
- Join a very successful practice offering a wide range of urologic services
- Clinic located on the campus of the medical center
- EPIC EMR for inpatient and outpatient work
- Opportunity to develop a robotic urology program (da Vinci system on site)
- Traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; option to discuss a 4 day work week
- 1:3 call rotation
- Supportive, team based medical staff environment focused on quality and safety

- Highly competitive compensation plan with WRVU based variable component
