Job Responsibilities
Your practice may include:
Kidney stones
BPH and urinary obstruction
Urinary tract infections
Incontinence and other urinary disorders
Male reproductive and sexual health
Urologic oncology
Minimally invasive procedures
Laparoscopic and robotic surgery
Preoperative and postoperative management
Inpatient consultations and urgent Urologic care
You'll have the opportunity to use your clinical judgment and surgical expertise while collaborating with primary care physicians, specialists, APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Urology residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
ABU certification or eligibility preferred
Strong General Urology and surgical experience
Three or more years of Urology experience preferred
Robotic, laparoscopic, and/or minimally invasive surgical experience preferred
Current U.S. medical license with eligibility to obtain required state licensure
Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills
Working Hours
Traditional Monday through Friday schedule available
Potential 7-on/7-off, 10-on/10-off, or 14-on/14-off block scheduling
Approximately 35 to 40 patients per day
Rotating ER call approximately one week per month
