Job description CHI Health Good Samaritan, a Level II trauma center in Kearney, NE, needs urology call coverage for two fixed weeks after a previously scheduled locum's stint fell through. Nov 26-30 and Dec 24-28, both 7am to 7am. $3,600 per 24-hour call day, $5,400 on holidays, both weeks include a holiday.

Job Responsibilities

Cover urology call out of the Emergency Department and Surgery, taking handoff from the outgoing urologist where appropriate. Call volume varies day to day, some days no consults, others 4-5. Hospitalists handle admissions, not the covering urologist. General urology procedures only. Chart in Epic.

Qualifications

Board certified or board eligible in Urology required. NE license highly preferred. Clean malpractice history highly preferred. Case logs from the past 2 years required at time of presentation, client requires this before interviewing or offering. Must be willing to learn Epic, this is a hard requirement, not negotiable. Credentialing runs a minimum of 3-4 weeks.

Nov 26-30, 2026, 7am to 7am. Dec 24-28, 2026, 7am to 7am.
