Job description

Job description A Level 2 trauma, stroke-certified hospital in the Wausau, WI area needs a Board Certified Urologist for ongoing call-only coverage, ASAP start. Pay is $380/hr. This is beeper call for unassigned patients only, no clinic responsibility, no admissions.

Job Responsibilities

Provide beeper call coverage for unassigned urology patients, roughly 20 phone consults and 10 patients seen per 24 hours. Manage stone cases and stent placement, with flexibility to cover other case types. 20-minute call response required.

Qualifications

Board certified in Urology (BC required, not BE). Active WI license or IMLC, licensing costs not reimbursed. PALS required. Fellowship preferred. Credentialing runs approximately 90 days, no temp privileges available.

Working Hours

Ongoing, ASAP start, ongoing end date. Call only, no scheduled clinical hours.
