Position Overview
The Urologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The physician will provide both medical and surgical management of urologic conditions while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and current standards of care.
• Manage conditions including BPH, kidney and urinary tract stones, urinary tract disorders, hematuria, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and prostate and bladder conditions.
• Perform appropriate office-based and diagnostic procedures, including cystoscopy, biopsies, catheterization, and other urologic procedures as indicated.
• Perform surgical procedures within the physician’s area of expertise and credentialing.
• Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, PSA testing, and other diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide appropriate medical and surgical treatment for urologic conditions.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and ongoing management.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists.
• Provide consultation and follow-up care for patients with complex urologic conditions.
• Participate in hospital responsibilities and call coverage as applicable.
• Maintain current knowledge of advances in urology and evidence-based treatment options.
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for or possession of an active state medical license.
• Eligible for hospital privileges, as applicable.
• DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
