We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a locum opportunity in Flagstaff, Arizona, beginning November 2026. This assignment consists of 24-hour hospital-based call coverage with daytime APP support and emergency credentialing available for a quick start.

Support Staff
- APP support available during daytime hours
Responsibilities
- Provide hospital-based Urology call coverage
- Evaluate and manage Urologic patients requiring consultation or treatment
- Respond to Urologic needs throughout the 24-hour call period
- Collaborate with APPs and hospital staff
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Active Arizona medical license OR IMLC LOQ required at submission
- Licensing candidates considered
- DEA required
Credentialing
- Emergency credentialing/privileges available
- Completed credentialing application must be returned within 7 days
- Recent case logs required
- Vaccination records required
- Candidates without an active Arizona license must provide proof of license application before the hospital releases the credentialing application
- Application fees covered by the client
- Malpractice history exceeding $500K or more than 2 cases requires advance review
- Candidates without consistent case logs over the previous 12 months or who have not worked within the last 3 months require advance review
Orientation
- Remote Cerner training required before start
- Approximately 4 hours
- Typically completed the week before the assignment
- Additional onsite orientation may occur the day before or day of the assignment
- Orientation is compensated

Ideal Candidate
An experienced BC/BE Urologist who can provide a continuous block of 24-hour call coverage from November 23 through December 4. This opportunity is particularly well suited for a physician who already holds an Arizona license or IMLC LOQ and can move quickly through emergency credentialing.
