Job Details – Urology Locums Opportunity
- Location: Salem, Oregon (1 hour from Portland)
- Duration: September 2026 – October 2027 (long-term contract, option to extend)
- Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month (full-time preferred)
- Shift:
- 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, no call with 3 clinic days, 1 OR day
- 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, no call with 4 clinic days and 1-2 OR days
- Patient volume: Roughly 8 visits per day
- EMR: EPIC, Chart with Art
- Requirements: Board Certified, Oregon license preferred
- Additional details: 1099 Independent Contractor, A+ malpractice coverage 1M/3M, full travel/lodging accommodations covered, assistance with credentialing provided
