Practice: Established & Well-Funded Regional Health System
- $450,000–$475,000 Base Salary plus a wRVU Production Incentive for production above 8,500 wRVUs.

The organization operates a well-established hospital and network of outpatient services, including primary care and multiple specialty services. The Urology program is positioned to provide both comprehensive outpatient care and surgical services to an established patient population.

Practice Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Clinic: 2.5 days per week
- OR: 2 days per week
- Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Thursday; 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Friday
- Patient-Facing Time: Approximately 36 hours per week
- Administrative Time: 0.5 day per week
- Call: Approximately 10 days per month
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- Patient Volume: 1,500+ clinic visits annually
- OR Support: Dedicated OR staff, assistants, circulators and surgical support
- Clinic Support: Assigned MA/LPN, with RN support available based on acuity
- Robotics: Ability to perform da Vinci robotic procedures
- Contract: Two- or three-year contract
- Mid-Level Supervision: Some supervision responsibilities through a collaborative agreement
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $450,000–$475,000
Production Incentive: Paid on wRVUs above 8,500
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation: Up to $10,000
401(k): Immediate vesting with employer matching
CME: $3,500 annually + CME time
PTO: 30 days annually
Malpractice: Fully covered
Licensure: Professional licensure fees reimbursed

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited/recognized Urology residency
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kansas
- Board Certification preferred
- 1–5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable providing both urological patient care and surgical services
