Opportunity Overview

A well-established, nonprofit healthcare system in Southwest Florida is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to join its growing team as a Urology Hospitalist.

This is a dedicated hospital-only position designed for physicians who enjoy inpatient urology and prefer a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule.

The Urology Hospitalist will provide coverage across two hospitals during scheduled shifts and will take after-hours call while on service. Physicians seeking additional clinical opportunities may also have the option to pick up outpatient clinic shifts during their off week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a urologist seeking a strong work-life balance, predictable scheduling, and the resources of a large, integrated healthcare system.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Interested in a hospital-based practice model
  • Comfortable managing inpatient urologic conditions and taking call
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
