Job description CHI St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, Oregon is seeking a Urologist for up to 12 months of locum coverage beginning December 2026. 1 to 2 weeks per month. The current urologist is leaving to become a urology hospitalist — the community needs someone to step in for a full year. No Da Vinci robotics required. $350/hr with a strong 24-hour call structure and 8 hours gratis built in. OR license or IMLC accepted — no OR license? We will license you. Pendleton sits at the gateway to the Blue Mountains and the Columbia River Gorge.

Job Responsibilities

Surgery and clinic Monday through Thursday. Clinic only on Friday. Full urology scope: cystoscopy, TURP, TURBT, ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy, prostate biopsy, sacral neuromodulation, hydrocelectomy, stone management, incontinence procedures. Attending to clinic patients. On-call for hospital emergencies and admissions. Minimum 17 clinic patients per day required.

Qualifications

Board certified Urologist. Vein harvesting not applicable to this role. No Da Vinci robotics required. OR license or IMLC. Minimum 17 patients per day in clinic is a firm facility requirement. Clean background and NPDB required. Credentialing 60-90 days. DEA required. Meditech and eClinicalWorks EMR.

Working Hours

Monday through Thursday: Surgery 7am to 2pm, clinic 3pm to 5pm, 24-hour call. Friday: Clinic only 8am to 5pm, no call. 1 to 2 weeks per month minimum. December 2026 start, up to 12 months. $350/hr. Average callback 8.1 hours per 24-hour call shift with 8 hours gratis.
