Job description
We are seeking a Locum Urology Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient urology coverage in Longview, WA. The role includes evaluating patients for surgery, managing urologic conditions, performing cystoscopy & other office procedures, and assisting with surgeries.
Job Responsibilities
• Work up patients for surgery
• Diagnose & manage erectile dysfunction
• Evaluate & treat kidney stones
• Manage male incontinence
• Perform cystoscopies
• Perform other in office urology procedures
• Assist with surgical procedures
• Provide medication & yearly refills
• Perform clinical evaluations & follow ups
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
• Collaborate with urologists & surgical staff
• Provide inpatient rounding & surgical assistance if working as a surgical PA
Qualifications
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Urology
• Active Washington State NP license required
• Washington license must be in hand at time of presentation
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Urology experience required
• BLS & ACLS required
• EPIC experience required
• Clinical case documentation from the previous 24 months required
• Must be comfortable working independently
• NP candidates preferred for independent practice
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 8 hour shifts
• No scheduled call
• No nights
• No weekend requirements
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
