- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 4, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: PA or IMLC
- DEA: yes
- Certifications required: ACLS
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Support Staff: Urology PA, inpatient support
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
