Southern Wisconsin facility is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist for ongoing locum tenens coverage. This opportunity offers a combination of scheduled 24-hour call coverage and weekend call, with a recurring schedule beginning January 2027.

Schedule
Start Date: September 4, 2026
Initial Coverage Dates:
- September 4–7, 2026

- December 4–7, 2026
- December 24–28, 2026
Ongoing Coverage:
Beginning January 1, 2027, coverage is needed every Friday at 12:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM, continuing through the weekend of June 4, 2027.
Weekday coverage needs are variable.
Shift: 24-hour call coverage
Weekend Call: Friday at 12:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM
Clinical Responsibilities
The provider will provide hospital-based urology call coverage and should be comfortable managing a broad range of general urologic surgical cases.
Required skills include:
- Stent placement
- Ureteroscopy
- Stone treatment and removal
- General urology surgical procedures
- Other general urologic surgical cases as needed
The provider should be comfortable evaluating and managing adult urology patients presenting through the hospital during call coverage.

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Completion of Urology residency required
- Urology fellows may be considered if permitted under applicable residency/fellowship program guidelines
- Active Wisconsin medical license or willingness to obtain Wisconsin licensure
- IMLC/compact licensure accepted
- General urology surgical experience and skills required
