• Seeking a Urologist (MD/DO) for inpatient & outpatient coverage
• Position includes both hospital and urology clinic responsibilities
• Clinic is located approximately 1 mile from the medical center
• Typical schedule includes clinic, operating room, and administrative responsibilities
• Average daily patient volume is approximately 18 patients
• Provider will work independently
• Opportunity to perform a broad range of standard urological procedures
• EPIC EMR is utilized

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage kidney stones
• Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction
• Manage male urinary incontinence
• Perform cystoscopies
• Perform prostate biopsies
• Perform TURP and TURBT procedures
• Perform ureteroscopy and stent placement
• Perform catheter placement
• Perform surgical procedures including hydrocelectomy and spermatocelectomy
• Perform circumcision and orchiopexy
• Perform PVP and litholapaxy
• Perform shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL)
• Provide surgical assistance as needed
• Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care
• Participate in unrestricted call coverage
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Washington medical license required at presentation, or IMLC LOQ in hand for eligible candidates
• BLS & ACLS certification required
• Recent urological surgical experience required
• Case documentation showing at least 100 relevant surgical procedures within the previous 24 months
• Ability to obtain hospital & clinic privileges
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
Working Hours
• 8 hour scheduled shifts
• Approximately 1 OR day per week
• Approximately 3 clinic days per week when covering call
• Approximately 4 clinic days per week when not covering call
• 7 days of unrestricted call per month
• 24 hour call coverage
• Restricted/beeper call with approximately 10 minute return call response requirement
• Provider must remain within approximately 30 minutes of the facility
• Average after hours calls/texts: 0–4 per shift
• Administrative time included as needed
