We are seeking an experienced Urologist for ongoing weekend call coverage in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. This is a 24-hour call-only opportunity supporting inpatient and emergency department urology needs at a community hospital. No clinic coverage is required.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage inpatient urology consultations.
• Respond to Emergency Department urology consults and urgent cases.
• Provide general urologic care within the scope of privileges.
• Manage acute urologic conditions and determine appropriate treatment or transfer when necessary.
• Coordinate with hospital physicians and clinical staff.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation.
• Support a community hospital setting with established Urology physicians and PA coverage.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Minimum 5 years of Urology experience required.
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC LOQ required.
• DEA registration required.
• Strong General Urology experience required.
• Ability to manage inpatient and emergency urology cases independently.
• Clean license/file preferred for temporary privileges.
Working Hours
• October 9, 2026 @ 7:00 AM – October 12, 2026 @ 7:00 AM
• 72-hour weekend call coverage

• November 20, 2026 @ 7:00 AM – November 23, 2026 @ 7:00 AM
• 72-hour weekend call coverage
Alternative Schedule:
• Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM may also be considered.
Coverage Details:
• Ongoing assignment
• Approximately 2 weekends per month
• Holiday coverage required
• 24-hour call
• No scheduled clinic hours
