## General Urologist Opening | Brattleboro, VT Located in Brattleboro, Vermont Full-Time, Permanent ## Practice Overview * Full-time General Urology opportunity in Brattleboro, Vermont * Join an established, single-site urology practice alongside an experienced Urologist and Nurse Practitioner * Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and surgical urologic care for adult and pediatric patients * Diagnose and manage a broad range of urologic conditions, including: * Kidney stones * Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) * Urinary incontinence * Urinary tract infections * Other common urologic disorders * Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up * Provide hospital and emergency department consultations as needed * Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialty physicians to coordinate patient care * Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development * Light call schedule covering a single site approximately 7 days per month * Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance * Minimum 1 year of post-training experience required * Visa sponsorship is not available ## Compensation & Recruitment Package * Annual salary: $300,000–$400,000 * Compensation based on experience, education, internal equity, and market conditions ## Job Qualifications * MD or DO * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology * Completion of an accredited Urology residency program in the United States or Canada * Vermont medical license or eligibility * DEA certification required * Clean malpractice history required * Minimum of one year of post-training experience * Visa sponsorship is not available ## Benefits * Competitive compensation package * Modern operating rooms and surgical facilities * Supportive physician and advanced practice provider team * Stable, community-focused practice environment * Work-life balance with a light call schedule ## Community Details Brattleboro is a vibrant New England community known for its arts scene, outdoor recreation, and small-town charm.
