## Urologist Opening | Phoenix, AZ Located in Phoenix, Arizona Full-Time, Permanent ## Practice Overview * Join a well-established, multispecialty urology and urogynecology practice serving the Greater Phoenix area * Collaborate with a team of: * 9 Urologists * 4 Urogynecologists * Experienced Advanced Practice Providers * Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of urologic conditions * Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions, including: * Robotic-assisted surgery * Minimally invasive urologic procedures * Manage pre-operative, post-operative, and longitudinal patient care * Rotate call coverage in 7-day blocks with physician colleagues * Practice across 12 clinic locations and affiliated hospitals throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area * Strong multidisciplinary support with experienced clinical and administrative teams * Clinical interests include: * Prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer * Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) * Kidney stone disease * Urinary incontinence * Sexual dysfunction * Aquablation * Laser lithotripsy * Robotic urologic surgery ## Compensation & Recruitment Package * Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) * Sign-on bonus * Relocation assistance ## Job Qualifications * MD or DO * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology * Open to new graduates and experienced physicians * American Medical Graduates (AMG) and International Medical Graduates (IMG) welcome * Robotic surgery experience preferred ## Benefits * 4 weeks of Paid Time Off, including CME * $3,000 annual CME allowance * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Malpractice coverage * 401(k) with employer match * Paid licensing and credentialing fees * Collaborative physician-led practice * Modern technology and minimally invasive surgical program ## Community Details Phoenix offers more than 300 days of sunshine annually and is one of the nation's fastest-growing metropolitan areas.
