Job Title: Urologist
Location: Fargo ND 58102
Pay rate: $340/hr. -$380/hr. (W2/1099)
Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (M-F)
Hour/week: 40 hours/week
Duration: 1 Year to long term
Note: Must hold a current, full, and unrestricted medical license to practice in any U.S. State, Territory.
Procedures: Perform cystoscopies, vasectomies, scrotal surgeries, ureteroscopies, transurethral surgeries for prostate disease and bladder cancer, and other general urological care.
Surgical Skills: Expected to perform major lymphatic, abdominal, prostate, urethra, ureter, epididymis, bladder, kidney, penis, scrotum, testes procedures, endoscopy procedures, and use holmium laser, ESWL, and fluoroscopy. Robotics certification preferred but not required.
Clinic Attendance: Be present on time at scheduled clinics and surgeries.
Specialty Exams: Conduct specialty exams relevant to urological conditions, such as compensation and pension or Agent Orange evaluations.
Medication Policies: Follow all medication policies; no sample medications to be provided to patients.
Discharge Education: Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions coordinated with the next care setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care (90%): Evaluate and treat patients in a Urological outpatient clinic, conduct consultations, coordinate referrals, and perform inpatient rounds.Procedures: Perform cystoscopies, vasectomies, scrotal surgeries, ureteroscopies, transurethral surgeries for prostate disease and bladder cancer, and other general urological care.
