Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment at a 132-bed community hospital in Pennsylvania.
📅 Upcoming Coverage Dates
- October 9 at 7:00 a.m. through October 12 at 7:00 a.m.
- November 20 at 7:00 a.m. through November 23 at 7:00 a.m.
The facility anticipates needing approximately two weekends of coverage per month. Holiday availability is required.
⏰ Shift Details
- 24-hour call
- Inpatient and emergency department coverage
- No clinic responsibilities
- Two-hour gratis period
Job Responsibilities
General urology cases
Adult patients only
Epic EMR
132-bed community hospital
Two physicians and one PA currently on staff
No onsite Interventional Radiology department
Major trauma cases are typically transferred to a neighboring tertiary care facility
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
Active DEA
Clean licensing and credentialing history
Ability to provide general urology call coverage
Experienced candidates preferred
New graduates may be considered
