Contract Details
- Location: York, PA
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 17:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, , temps available with clean file
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology
- License Required: PA or IMLC LOQ only
- DEA: yes
- Robotic surgery?: Yes
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Support Staff: 4 MA's and 1 CSA 1 RN
- Patient Population/Age: Over 18 with the exception of a emergency torsion that would present during call
