Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist for a locum tenens call-coverage position at Western Arizona Medical Center in Bullhead City, Arizona. This is a hospital-based, call-only role. Please see below for more information.
- Practice setting: acute care hospital (Trauma Level IV, 80 beds)
- Coverage: call-only, 24-hour on-call; ongoing
- Patient population: adults; approximately 7-9 patients per day
- Support: 1 RN
- EMR: MedHost
- Credentialing timeframe: 5-7 days
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage adult urology patients (approximately 7-9 patients per day).
Respond to consults and provide on-call urologic care.
Document care in MedHost EMR.
Qualifications
Active Arizona license required.
DEA required.
Ability to provide 24-hour on-call coverage.
