Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to join an established urology practice in Southern Connecticut.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Urology physician looking to join a busy service line with strong clinical support, access to a large referral network, and long-term growth potential.
The incoming physician will provide comprehensive urologic care, including outpatient clinic visits, surgical procedures, consults, and ongoing management of adult urology patients.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with general urologic conditions
• Perform urologic procedures and surgeries
• Participate in outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Provide consultative urology services as needed
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, APPs, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Support growth of the urology service line
Qualifications
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
• Strong general urology training and clinical skills
• Robotic or minimally invasive surgical interest preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative employed practice setting
