Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urologic care for a broad spectrum of adult urologic conditions.
- Perform open, endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing Arkansas' largest robotic surgery program.
- Evaluate and treat patients with conditions including kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urologic cancers, urinary incontinence, hematuria, erectile dysfunction, and other general urologic disorders.
- Collaborate with an established team of experienced urologists, advanced practice providers, and dedicated clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Benefit from exceptional APP support, allowing physicians to maximize surgical efficiency and patient access.
- Participate in a 1:5 shared call schedule with single-hospital coverage, promoting an outstanding work-life balance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians across a regional service area of more than 700,000 residents.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including five da Vinci robotic systems featuring three da Vinci 5 platforms, dedicated robotic operating rooms, and experienced surgical teams.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary care conferences to support clinical excellence.
- Optional opportunity to participate in the education and mentorship of Family Medicine residents, Internal Medicine residents, and medical students.
